We only stock top of the range premium superfoods and products that are sourced from around the world, from reputable leading suppliers. Unfortunately, more and more cheap inferior products are coming on to the market from China which are a false economy as they do not possess the same nutritional content and purity of superfoods from other countries. For example, our wheatgrass is sourced from the leading supplier in the USA and the original producer of wheatgrass products for over 30 years. You may come across many different types of wheatgrass, which vary in colour and texture. Our wheatgrass is very deep green in appearance and contains a much fuller nutrient spectrum. The grass is grown outdoors, over the winter for 200 days before harvest. In contrast, paler green wheatgrass is grown in trays, indoors and for only 8-12 days. This results in a much poorer quality and cheaper wheatgrass that does not contain anywhere near the nutritional content of properly produced wheatgrass.
