Recommended Dosage:
Adults and the elderly: take two tablets at night as required . Children 5-12: Take one tablet at night as required. Children under 5 not recommended.

Pulv.vervain BHP 1996 60mg, pulv.hops BHP 1996 30mg, valerian ext.5.1 equiv.to 180g, wild lettuce ext. 5.1 equiv. to 90mg, passiflora ext. 5.1 equiv to 90mg. other ingredients: sucrose, lactose & sodium starch glycollate.

Cautions:
Avoid taking medicines during pregnancy & lactation unless prescribed by a doctor.
