Organic Choice Oil Blend has been developed to address the need for a single oil that provides the essential fatty acids Omega 3,6 and 9 in the correct ratio. Essential fatty acids must be consumed in the correct ratio, as too much of one will cause a deficiency in another. This blend provides a careful selection of organic refined oils, such as flaxseed, sunflower seed, evening primrose and sesame seed.
