Sole (pronounced 'solay') is a solution of water saturated with salt. A clean jar containing whole, natural salt lumps which should be filled with plain low-mineral water on receipt.

The salt dissolves until the water can not absorb any more. The remaining salt is left in the jar. A teaspoonful of this solution is added to a glass of water and taken first thing each morning, 15 minutes before food. This can aid rebalancing of the body's pH, de-toxing and absorbtion of salt and naturally-ocurring minerals.

When the solution is getting low, simply add more water and leave overnight. It can be refilled several times, when the salt disappears replace with new lumps.

The salt in these Sole jars is a mixture of Himalayan Pink, Alpine Speckled, Persian Blue and Halite White, giving an optimum range of minerals suited to every-bodys' needs.
